Privacy Policy for Lake Houston, TX
What this site records when you call or send the form, where it goes, how visits feed advertising, and how to opt out or be removed.
What You Give Us by Form or Phone
The form asks for a name, a phone number, an email address and the street address of the property. It also offers optional fields for where it is, what is happening, what you think is needed, a free-text note and photos. When you send it, the server additionally notes the page you sent it from and the time zone your browser reports. Calls to the number on this site pass through a call-handling service that logs the calling number and may record the call.
Please keep bank details, account numbers and similar financial information out of the note and out of any photo.
Who Receives It
A single independent licensed pro gets the request so that he can contact you about the problem, and you get an email confirming it was sent. Your details are not sold, and form entries and photos are never uploaded to an advertising platform. Photos are held only long enough to pass them along and are then deleted on a schedule.
Measurement and Advertising
Google Analytics counts visits to this site using cookies or similar identifiers, noting the browser, an approximate location and the pages viewed. Those visit records can feed advertising audiences, so ads for this referral service may follow a visitor around Google and possibly Meta products such as Facebook and Instagram. Each platform may combine the data with what it already holds, under its own privacy policy.
To switch off Google’s personalized ads, go to adssettings.google.com. For Meta, use the ad preferences in Facebook or Instagram. Blocking cookies does not break the site: the form still sends and the number still rings.
Residents of Texas, California and several other states may opt out of targeted advertising. To do so here, write “ad opt-out” in the form note or say it in a voicemail, and your visits will stop being used for ad audiences.
Seeing, Fixing or Deleting Your Record
Ask through the form or by voicemail and give the street address so the record can be found; it will be shown to you, corrected or deleted. Replying STOP to a text message, or telling the pro on the phone, ends further contact.
This site is not aimed at children, and nothing is knowingly collected from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version replaces this page at this address. Using the site after a change means accepting it.
